Grown to perfection...
There’s a lot more to growing a Schmool than meets the eye. Firstly you have to start with the finest ingredients - we use only the best Birch marine ply sourced from renewable resource.Then you need some serious heavy duty industrial machinery. We use a 12 000 kW laser to cut the initial shape before profiling the smooth radius with a CNC router. A 1000 kg clicker press is used to stamp out the toothed rubber sling.
Next is the personal touch: each tool is individually examined for defects before being sanded by hand to provide that super smooth finish. A hot branding tool is used to add logo, ensuring minimal damage to that all important wood. Tools are then waxed and polished before attachments are added and boxed.
Quality is paramount to us – we want you to be as confident in our Schmoolz as we are. Every batch of tools produced is tested to destruction – this is why we can say that Schmoolz are the strongest dry tool on the market.
